About Our Staff

Experience

Our staff includes former IRS agents and individuals with collections experience as well as as two attorneys, a bloodstock agent/appraiser and a computer specialist.

Our founder, L. A. Rosenblum, E.A., M.B.A. is a former IRS Agent/ Manager with over 35 years of experience in the tax field.   Larry was a groom at Roosevelt Raceway at age 16 and has been around racing for 40 plus years as both an owner, and tax professional. He currently is an owner of Arriba Amigo a 153.4 Open Trotter at Dover Downs among other horses.

Toni Lee Cavanagh is an attorney specializing in family and equine law. Toni is a graduate of both Widener University School of Law (where she received her J.D.) and Temple University School of Law where she obtained her my Master of Laws in Taxation. She has been a groom and an owner of harness horses.

Peter Cimino is a bloodstock agent and appraiser. Peter has bought and sold many millions of dollars of horses in his career and well as owning top stakes winners himself.

Ken Terpenning, M.I.S. is  a owner and trainer of harness horses and our computer specialist. Ken handles record reconstruction and is additionally a QuickBooks expert.

Representation

We can represent you before any IRS office in the world. A good portion of IRS business today is done by phone and fax.

IRS Collection Activities

We have worked with clients in a multitude of industries. We have a special interest in the equine industry, Section 183 cases (Hobby Loss) and Section 469 (Passive Loss) cases and IRS Audit matters. We  are members of the American Horse Council and the United States Trotting Association. We are experts at handling the infamous IRS CP2000 and CP2501 notices.
